These constants apply to every estimate generated for House Doctors NoCo. Stored in organizationSettings. The n8n workflow reads them per-estimate so multi-tenant works correctly.

Why this page matters for multi-tenancy

PER-TENANT The whole point of Path B (data layer multi-tenant from day one) is that these values are not hardcoded. The n8n "Calculate Totals" node and the LLM system prompt both have to read them per-estimate via organizationSettings.
SEED When a new org signs up, defaults are seeded from House Doctors' values (since those are realistic for the target market). Onboarding will let them adjust.
VALIDATION Every input field has bounds (e.g. deposit 0–100%, markup ≥ 1.0). Invalid values reject save with inline errors.
CHANGE LOG Future enhancement: log changes to pricing constants — useful for "why did margins shift in May?" investigations.
